MERLIN ENTERTAINMENTS / LEGOLAND
LEGOLAND New York Resort is the ultimate LEGO® theme-park destination geared for kids ages 2-12 and their families. In 2019, I started as their Social Media Producer, becoming the local Social Media manager in 2021 upon Grand Opening. Now, I work at the national level as the Social Media & Digital Content Strategy Manager for all 3 LEGOLAND Resorts and 15 LEGOLAND Discovery Center attractions. A few responsibilities of my current role include the following:

Represent LEGOLAND Attractions to LEGO® Group and Merlin leadership, presenting social media strategies and maintaining partner communication.

Collaborate with marketing teams at 18 attractions to align content with campaigns and initiatives.

Edit and ensure consistency of social media content, maximizing engagement.

Lead and train Social Media Specialists to manage content, calendars, and campaigns.

Develop systems to improve productivity and meet deadlines.

Manage national social media strategies across multiple accounts.

2018 - 2019
ARRAY OF HOPE
ARRAY OF HOPE is a Catholic media ministry that provides family-friendly concerts, events, and retreats as well as social media content, videos, documentaries, and more. While I left the organization in, 2019 we continue to work together as I provide freelance services for the organization.

SF Publishing & Media
SF PUBLISHING & MEDIA is my freelance business and publishing house. In addition to publishing works under the name "Sara Francis", I also provide freelance services to clients (specializing in small business and non-profits) and manage the podcast For the Sake of Love.

2013 - 2020
SAINT THERESE CLASSICAL ACADEMY
SAINT THERESE CLASSICAL ACADEMY (STCA) is a liberal and fine arts school for children in grades 1 - 12. They provide high education that brings out the best in their students. They teach their children how to think, not what to think.
For STCA, I taught different classes for each grade level: Art (grades 1-3), Music (grades 5-12), Drama (all grades), and offer music lessons and writing workshops (all grades). I also assist other teachers with their classes and write my own curriculum.
I also am the marketing and social media manager and the assistant event coordinator. I create marketing materials, their social media content, videos, and more. I also designed their website (www.stcacademy.org). At their fundraisers, shows, and benefits, I assist in organization, set-up, direction, clean up, etc.

CARMELITE FRIARS, INC
The Carmelite Friars are a religious order dedicated to prayer, evangelization, and helping others. Carmelite Friars, Inc. is an organization run by laypeople to support the order.

For the Inc., I was hired to do graphic design and video editing. I designed mailing packages, marketing materials, and campaigns. I also conducted photo/video shoots to promote their cause and edited their promotional video content. Additionally, I designed two of their websites: one for their promotional items (www.carmelitedevelopment.org) and another to spread awareness about their confraternity (scapularconfraternity.weebly.com).

2013 - 2017
FIRE OF THE SPIRIT
FIRE OF THE SPIRIT is an online Catholic teen magazine that was run for teens by teens. Their mission was to evangelize and help teens through writing and media in a way that’s relatable for their peers. This was my first introduction into the graphic design, social media, and copywriting world.
For this group, I designed their logo, wrote articles (specifically the "Messages in Music" series), created social media content and promotional materials, and formatted the magazine in its entirety.
